Skopelos Churches & Monasteries
Skopelos is full of churches & monasteries. Many of them are
located at Hora (Skopelos Town). So if you walk the small paved alleys
you may see them almost at every turn you take! Some of them are open
during the year, however many of them are not open - only their feast
day.
We will do our best to review all of them! In the meantime you may
check the following ones:

Pigi, Metamorphosis,
Panagia
Livadiotisa, Episkopi,

Monastery of Episkopi
The monastery of the Episkopi is located West of Skopelos Town and is
worth visiting; it is one of the few Venetian monasteries which have
partially survived from the Ottoman invasion. |
