newly built luxury villa sleeping up to eight people.
Sitting in its own grounds with private pool and lawn area, it boasts
stunning views of the wooded hill side of Skopelos and across the
Aegean to Skiathos and the islands beyond. Theofilos is perfect for
family holidays. The large lawn make it excellent for children and
adults to play games, before cooling off in the private pool, the size
and layout of the villa also makes it suitable for two families or
friends looking for a larger holiday home to share. Villa Theofilos is
situated below the village of Glossa set on the hillside overlooking
the port of Loutraki. Approximately 100 meters from the tarmac road
that runs between Glossa and Loutraki, a concrete road leads directly
to the large private parking area at the rear of the villa with ample
parking for more than one vehicle. The ground floor is all on one level
that has an open plan kitchen and living room, large bedroom and
bathroom. Large double doors
take guests from
the kitchen to the pool area, kitchen is fully equipped with everything
needed for a self catering holiday and fitted to a very high standard.
Living area has sofas, open fire place, wide screen TV, DVD and air
conditioning.

bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, TV, play
station, and is air conditioned.
Large storage
closet is also situated on this level. A winding staircase leads to the
first floor where there is a luxurious large bathroom with wc, basin
and small bath with shower. Two
double
bedrooms
which open out onto the
shared terrace. Both bedrooms have double beds, TV, air conditioning,
ample storage space and are tastefully decorated and furnished.
The
large shared terrace has table and chairs for guests to relax and enjoy
the sunsets. |

Surrounding the
private swimming pool is a beautiful grassed lawn area
all on one level making thisl villa suitable for clients with mobility
problems. Other features around the pool side are barbecue, pergola,
shower, table, chairs and umbrellas for shade. Olive and pine
trees are dotted around the edge of the property to give extra shade
and privacy. External lighting is also provided around the property,
garden and pool area. Whichever direction guests look from this
