There
are two large
settlements: Hora
(Skopelos Town) with 4,000
residents on the east coast; and the hill village of Glossa with 1,300
residents, close to Loutraki port on the west coast. The main road connects Skopelos Town to Glossa/Loutraki port. Skopelos is famous of its enchanting view when you are entering the harbour, the 360 churches, the white painted houses and the narrow paved alleys.
