Who are we?

Panagiota (Yota) Zahopoulou is an Architect from Thessaloniki, with 35 years of professional experience in building houses and managing projects.
Maria Rizopoulou is a Lawyer based in Skopelos, with 30 years of professional experience in legal cases and contracts.
We have just built in Glossa, Skopelos Island, the home we would like ourselves to live in: a state-of-the-art construction made with traditional materials and craftsmanship. A house that perfectly fits the character and the atmosphere of a quiet, ancient village  perched on a hill overlooking the Aegean Sea. Thick walls of solid stone, complying with the standards of modern technology and so perfectly assembled and bedded on mortar that they are just a joy to see, both inside and outside. Roof tiles and exquisite timber work, treated against bacteria and fitted with a window to the starry sky. Marble cladding in the kitchen and bathrooms. Cast iron fireplace with heat recovery ventilation. Wood frame windows coated to resist sun and humidity.
