Getting to Skopelos is relatively easy, if you do the following:
From Athens: to Agios Konstantinos port 1.5 hours – 180 kilometers
From Athens: to Volos 3.5 hours – 360 kilometers
From Athens: to Kimi Evias 2.5 hours – 167 kilometers with destination to Skopelos port or Loutraki/Glossa port.
From Athens: to Mantoudi Evias 2.5 hours with destination to Skopelos port or Loutraki/Glossa port.
Alternatively, you may get to Skiathos island through airplane (check routes) and then with ship (see above) to Skopelos or Glossa/Loutraki.
